John Leano’s technical expertise comes from working as one AT&T’s trusted tech for over 20 years. When he first got to the company, his goal was to be one of the top paid, highly prized technician person. He did just that and got to work in Pearl Harbor with a top-secret clearance, only 2 years into the company. 

He worked on a project that provided telecom services to the military bases on Hawaii, worked for services for high ranking officers and other high level networks that were imperative to be functioning. On his spare time, he would help many people and businesses solve their technological or networking problems. 

John Leano always felt the desire to help others. After visiting his roots in the Philippines and realizing how deprived of technology the country was, he felt it in his heart to help these people transform their culture and socio-economic structure. 

John Leano decided to leave AT&T because of the work environment and that the vision of the company was not focused on customer service anymore. 

That is when he started TechSperts and App-Davao (government partnership with the Philippines to provide internet access to those who are under-served). 

TechSperts mission is to provide solutions to small businesses and individuals for their technology problems with excellent customer service and outstanding value.
